PHOTOGRAPHIC REPRODUCTION POLICY

  1. Copy prints are available in three sizes:

          5 X 7       @        $10.00

          8 X 10     @        $15.00

        11 X 14     @        $25.00

  1. Photographs requiring a negative to be made will be billed $12.00.
  1. The Museum retains all negatives of photographs taken.
  1. A commercial use fee of $25.00 per photograph will be changed when deemed applicable by Acquisitions Director.
  1. Payment must accompany order.  Orders will be filled within a 2-3 week minimum period.
  1. Photographs to be displayed or published must be credited to the Pleasant Valley Historical Society and Museum.  Unless agreed upon prior to display or publication, credit must be positioned horizontally below each photograph.
  1. Photographs are sold on a one-use-per-fee basis.  Permission from the museum MUST be secured for repeat used.
  1. Photographs purchased from the museum may not be sold or reproduced and re-sold.  This includes photographs which have been reproduced with the use of a scanner or other copying devices.
  1. It is the responsibility of the user to resolve any questions of copyright that may arise in the use of reproduction photographs.
  1. Original photographs MAY NOT LEAVE  MUSEUM.
  1. Additional postage will be added where applicable.
  1. This photographic reproduction agreement must be completed and signed by each patron ordering or making copies of photographs.

   

PHOTGRAPHIC REPRODUCTION AGREEMENT

 

In accordance with the photo reproduction policy established by the Board of Directors of the Pleasant Valley Historical Society and Museum, I agree to the following conditions:

1.       I will bear the cost of reproducing each photograph.

      2.     I will relinquish to the museum the negative or disc of each reproduced photograph.

      3.    I will credit the Pleasant Valley Historical Society and Museum for each photograph used  for display or publication.

      4.    I understand that photographs are for a one time use only and are not to be resold or reproduced or sold.

      5.   Permission from the museum must be secured for commercial use of photographs and a commercial use fee paid.

      6.   It is my responsibility to resolve any questions of copyright that may arise in the in the use of reproduction photographs.
