Living History Day - May, 2011, at the Museum.

This annual event in held in May of each year and is fun for the whole family. The day includes members dressed in period costumes, hands on activities for children such as making tortillas and yarn dolls and panning for gold. The day also includes free refreshments for all.

Annual Meeting - June, 2011

The society annual meeting is held in June of each year. Members and guests enjoy a brief business meeting, refreshments and a presentation of history.

In 2009, the annual meeting will be held at the historical museum on June 7, from 1-3 p.m.

Annual Don and Doņas Celebration - August, 2011

In August, we honor our community Dons and Doņa's. The Dons and Doņa's are long time Pleasant Valley residents who have volunteered and shared their philanthropic activities for many years. They are nominated by community residents and the Society is proud to acknowledge their commitment to contribute to this lovely valley.

In 2009, the Dons and Doņas celebration will be held at Camarillo Oak Grove Park, from 1-4 p.m.

Camarillo History Month - October. 

This is an exciting, educational month of events, exhibits and open houses through the city of Camarillo that recall the rich heritage of Pleasant Valley. The schedule of events will be published in September of each year.
